We are looking for

SENIOR RETENTION MANAGER

to join our Customer Value Department

 

 

Scope of responsibilities

 

  • Results of the customer retention process (churn, arpu, number of signed contracts) in two market segments
  • Supervision of ongoing retention activities, ongoing monitoring of the results of the retention process vs. the set goals
  • Cyclical preparation of operational forecasts of results and recommendation of actions aimed at achieving the set goals
  • Review and reconstruction of retention segmentation and activities carried out on its basis
  • Preparation of budgets within the assigned segments
  • Defining and actively recommending new projects aimed at reducing churn, decreasing retention costs, reducing lost revenue, developing self-service channels
  • Leading company-wide projects, coordinating sales, marketing, finance, customer service activities that increase customer retention

 

Qualifications

  • Min. 5 years of experience in a similar position, working with a large customer base, with active use of segmentation, responsibility for the result, creating budgets and monitoring their implementation
  • Ability to create strategic recommendations and present them synthetically and concisely at the Board level
  • Experience in leading company-wide projects
  • Committed and positive attitude, perseverance in achieving goals
  • Very good knowledge of the English language
