Kino Świat is a company founded in 2001. It is a leading independent film distributor in Poland, active in the most important distribution channels, such as cinema, video (DVD/Blu-ray), video on demand (VOD), and television. Since 2008, the company has been among the top independent film distributors in the Polish market. In addition to distribution, Kino Świat is also involved in the production and co-production of both Polish and international films.

Description of services:

• acquiring financial and barter partners for promotion and coordinating activities within such cooperation,
• co-creation of film communication strategies, including the concept of cross-promotional activities with partners,
• acquiring new promotion partners (financial and barter),
• cooperation with current promotion partners (maintaining long-term cooperation),
• developing offers for current/potential promotion partners,
• ongoing monitoring and analysis of competition in the field of cro-promotional activities ,
• reporting: preparation of internal reports on cross-promotional activities, preparing reports for manufacturers,
• taking care of the effective flow of financial documents (from cost estimates to payments),
• participation in the organization of ceremonial premieres , press conferences, special screenings and other events,
• develop and adapt the international marketing strategy for Studiocanal international productions, multi-territory acquisitions and local Studiocanal films sold internationally and in Poland
• cooperation with CANAL+ in the field of promotion of Kino Świat films.

Requirements:

• min. 5 years of working experience
• extensive knowledge and experience in acquiring promotion partners and maintaining long-term cooperation
• english at min. B2 level
• fluent knowledge of MS Office
• responsibility, diligence, effectiveness, independence, diplomacy
• a business approach to cross-promotional cooperation.
