DUTIES:

  • Develop and ensure a first-class appearance and visibility in retail chain of K+ stores/shop-in-shop network under brand of K+ and/or controlled POS in the assigned territory, in more creative and strategic ways. Ensure all in-charged stores are professional, productive, attractive and energetic for customers and employees.
  • Be familiar with all aspects of retail including without limited to: (a) sales performance management; (b) building & setting up a new store, (c) recruitment, (d) scheduling, (e) training, (f) new retail site identification & acquisition, especially shopping malls environment, (g) retail operations management, (h) digital and trade marketing competence (k) customer retention
  • Be responsible for the overall day-to-day operations, safety & security, compliance to policies, cash management, operation management of the in-charged stores. Ensure all regulatory requirements are met and inspections, audit are passed annually
  • Provide team leadership and keep up to date with all local competitor services
  • Act as the primary point of contact for all employees of the retail store as well as the customers who are on special needs of support
  • Ensure effective management of an approved budget, timely reporting of PSI, forecasting, ordering
  • Ensure all employees are well trained and get updated on the features and operation of all equipment and accessories offered by the organization. Possess the ability to perform and coach a competent, committed and confident workforce that consistently meets or exceeds performance expectations
  • Develop a team approach to problem-solving mindset, encourage personal development in their employees, and lead by example to achieve high employee satisfaction and productivity levels
  • Responsible for ensuring the team to achieve all set sales target and KPIs for each retail store
  • Ensure all sales tools are available and in a proper manner.
  • Prepare internal and external reports (sales and stock report, sales performance report, order intake and retail planning, retail and wholesale forecast, stock management, etc.)
  • Strong digital marketing competence candidates will have a big advantage.

 

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Vietnamese national
  • University degree, Major in Commerce, Business management, etc..
  • At least 5 years of work experiences in retail sales management position
  • Experiences in managing a chain of retail stores/showrooms; experiences in electronics/hi-tech retailing sector is preferred
  • Result and solution oriented. High sense of proposal and action. Strong negotiation skills
  • Good market’s knowledge. Strong analytical skills on market/competitors
  • Strong skills of coaching/training
  • Finance and cost management skills
  • Strong management & leadership skills
  • Dynamic, result-oriented
  • Ability to take frequent travels across the country
  • Fluency in English. Ability to communicate in French is an advantage.
