Duties & Responsibilities

Advertising

• Work closely with the communications team to develop and implement effective communication strategies for both Above The Line (ATL) and Below The Line (BTL) campaigns.
• Support the creation of engaging and compelling content across various platforms, ensuring alignment with brand messaging and campaign goals.
• Actively participate in the organization and execution of company events and marketing campaigns, contributing to their success.
• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and PR, to align communication strategies and support overarching business objectives.
• Regularly monitor media coverage and industry trends and provide insightful reports to the team.
• Assist the Communication Manager (PR) with media follow-ups, and relationship building.
• Perform administrative tasks as needed to support the smooth operation of the communications department.

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication abilities in both English and Burmese.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing tools.
• Basic understanding of media production, communication, and dissemination techniques.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
• Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite and comfortable with using new technologies.
• Demonstrated eagerness to learn, contribute to team efforts, and grow professionally.
