Duties & Responsibilities

Answer inbound calls promptly and provide accurate information to customers.

Handle customer complaints effectively, ensuring satisfaction on every call.

Identify and escalate complex issues to the supervisor when necessary.

Conduct outbound calls to meet set targets (renewals, promotions, follow-ups, etc.).

Follow up with customers to ensure issue resolution and satisfaction.

Maintain high levels of attendance, punctuality, and schedule adherence.

Consistently achieve individual productivity and quality performance targets.

Ensure compliance with call center processes, guidelines, and customer service standards.

Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications
-
Experienced as a call center representative or similar customer service role, prefer minimum 1 year of experience.

Strong communication and active listening skills.

Ability to manage difficult situations with patience and professionalism.

Basic computer literacy and ability to navigate call center software.

Customer-focused mindset with problem-solving abilities.

Ability to work under pressure and meet performance targets.

Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays as required.
