As Customer Service Manager at CANAL+, you lead a performance-driven service model – globally connected, focused on efficiency, customer satisfaction, and revenue potential.

Your mission:

  • Lead the transition from a traditional call center to a smart, hybrid service model powered by AI, bots, and human empathy.
  • Think end-to-end: from the first click to the final “thank you.”
  • Turn the call center into a profit center – focused on sales, satisfaction, and budget.
  • Manage an outsourced international call center with around 20 employees – you lead the cooperation, guide the managers, and take ownership of goals, quality, and performance.
  • Take responsibility for international projects and collaborate closely with CANAL+ Customer Service Managers across Europe and beyond.
  • Be hands-on during UEFA matchdays – as supervisor and fan.

Your success will be measurable – and visible:

  • Budget ownership & savings
  • Customer satisfaction via NPS, CSAT, and CES
  • Sales performance through inbound sales and customer retention

What you bring:

  • Very good English skills (our business language).
  • A hands-on mindset and genuine interest in streaming, TV, and sports.
  • Empathy, curiosity, and a drive to improve things.
  • Passion for international collaboration and project ownership.
  • Ideally: experience in customer service. Bonus points for education, experience, and curiosity in Artificial Intelligence (AI).
