You create B2C communication that drives activation, engagement, and long term customer value. As Customer Engagement and Value Manager, you will own the customer journey across email, push, in app, WhatsApp, SMS, social media, and direct mailings while building intelligent, AI powered communication with real business impact.

What You Will Drive?

You increase:

app downloads, registrations, and entertained app users
cross promotion, upselling, and customer value
customer satisfaction and reactivation

You develop:

strong welcome and onboarding journeys
creative prospect and customer communication
intelligent and personalized customer journeys
efficient direct marketing communication across all relevant channels

How Success Is Measured

Active App Users and Entertained App Users
App downloads and registrations
Open rates, click rates, and conversion performance
Customer satisfaction and platform usage

What Matters?

You bring experience in CRM, customer engagement, lifecycle, or direct marketing and have a strong instinct for communication, storytelling, and activation.
You combine creativity with analytical thinking, work hands on, and bring strong project management skills. You have an interest in sports, series, streaming, and entertainment.
You know how to create presentations people remember.
Clear storytelling, strong visuals, creative excellence, and management level quality.
And importantly: you write, communicate and present fluently in English. International collaboration across the CANAL+ Group is a key part of this role.
