🎯 Your role and missions  

• Manage the royalty reporting process, including preparation and sending of Film Licensor Statements and Intercompany Participations for Manager review, on a quarterly / bi-annual / annual and as needs basis;
• Organise royalty payments and ensure Non-Resident Withholding Taxes (NRWT) are correctly calculated and paid within the appropriate timeframe;
• Assist the Accounting Manager with month end, preparation and posting of journals;
• Prepare and journal all invoicing for Home Entertainment, and other invoices where required;
• Assist the Accounting Manager with balance sheet reconciliations, including bank, fixed assets and prepayments;
• Assist the Accounting Manager with review and posting of all employee expense claims, including corporate cards;
• Assist with Film Hire Invoicing, Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable during busy periods, or when staff are on leave;
• Assist in the development of business automation tools, including maintenance of process flows in Power Automate;
• Assist with financial data analytics using Power BI;
• Assist with collation of data for external auditor requests;
• Assist with ad hoc financial analysis requests from CEO, CFO & Department Heads. Assist with ad hoc information requests from our Paris office.

🏆 And what about you ?

• You have a excellent level in English
• You are graduated in Finance, Business or Accounting.
• You ideally have similar experience.
• You have experience in using SUN Systems (or similar ERP system.)
• You ideally have knowledge of Power Automate and Power BI.
• You have knowledge of film, TV and media industry.
• You are proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.
