Job Objective

 

Considering a centralized operating model and having commercial presence in multiple countries, the UX & Organic Growth Strategy Manager will provide strategic expertise to drive sales and engagement through organic digital channels. This person will lead UX optimization and SEO strategy development, ensuring harmonization across numerous websites and 8 B2C markets. He/She will be responsible for developing and executing organic growth strategies, improving user experience, and coordinating with local teams and Canal+ Group HQ (Paris).

 

The position is based in Luxembourg and reports to the Canal+ B&CE’s VP Sales and Marketing

 

Your responsibilities

 

  • Lead the development and execution of organic strategy across 8 B2C markets.
  • Own and optimize UX and SEO strategies for numerous (10+) websites in collaboration with IT and local teams.
  • Coordinate with Canal+ Group HQ (Paris) and local marketing departments to ensure harmonized websites structure and content.
  • Conduct regular audits and performance reviews to improve organic traffic and user engagement.
  • Collaborate with analytics and advertising teams and vendors to align organic efforts with overall digital strategy.
  • Independently own and drive UX, SEO and Organic projects, cooperating with diverse stakeholders.
  • Participate in regular marketing business reviews and summits.
  • Support cross-country knowledge sharing and best practice implementation.
  • Stay up to date with new developments and understand their potential benefits and threats.

 

Skills & Experience

  • Master’s degree in marketing, digital media, or relevant field.
  • 5 to 8 years of experience in UX, SEO, and organic strategy development.
  • Strong understanding of SEO tools, technical SEO, UX principles, and website optimization techniques.
  • Experience working in multi-country environments and coordinating with cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent analytical skills and ability to interpret performance data.
  • Ability to work transversally, manage multiple stakeholders and being a good team player.
  • Flexibility and willingness to work on broader themed marketing and sales projects.
  • Proactive and energetic team player with strong communication skills (English).
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written).
