Job Objective

 

The Revenue Assurance & Automation Specialist will play a critical role within the Finance department, with a primary focus on ensuring revenue integrity through effective billing, dunning, and payment management processes. This role will oversee key revenue assurance activities, ensuring accurate customer financial interactions and preventing revenue leakage. Additionally, the specialist will contribute to the development and implementation of internal controls and coordinate process automation initiatives to streamline finance-related operations. Success in this role requires a combination of technical expertise, strong communication skills, and the ability to collaborate across multiple departments, particularly Finance and Operations.

Key Requirements

  1. Educational Background
  • A master’s degree in business administration, accounting, finance, or a related field.
  1. Experience
  • 3-5 years of experience in internal controls, process improvement, revenue assurance, or internal audit, with exposure to billing and customer finance processes.
  • Experience with process automation tools is highly advantageous.
  1. Technical Skills
  • Strong understanding of internal control frameworks (e.g., COSO, SOX).
  • Proficiency in process mapping and documentation tools (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart)
  • Familiarity with process automation tools and software.
  1. Project Management Skills
  • Experience in managing projects, particularly those related to process improvement and automation.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  1. Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills
  • Ability to analyze complex processes and identify areas for improvement or automation.
  • Strong problem-solving skills to address issues that arise during the automation process.
  1. Communication and Collaboration
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for documenting processes and coordinating with various stakeholders.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including IT, operations, and finance.
