From the CANAL+ office in Luxemburg the activities for Austria, Belgium, Czech, Germany, Hungary, The Netherlands, Romania, Slovakia, Switzerland and SPI are being coordinated.
Job Objective
Support Procurement Managers throughout the full purchasing cycle across indirect procurement categories, including IT and digital tools, software and cloud services, marketing and communication, media content services, technical subcontracting, real estate and facilities, client relations (CRM), and events, travel, and related services.
Work closely with the Head of Procurement to assist the team in delivering end-to-end procurement processes.
Your responsibilities
Tender & RFQ Management
- Support the preparation of consultation documents (RFPs/RFQs)
- Conduct supplier sourcing and market benchmarking
- Communicate with vendors and coordinate information exchanges
- Analyze supplier proposals and contribute to evaluation processes
- Assist in negotiation preparation and follow-up
- Prepare supplier selection summaries
- Support contract drafting, administration, and follow-up
Supplier Relationship Management
- Participate in supplier review and performance meetings
- Assist in managing disputes and tracking corrective action plans
Portfolio Follow-Up
- Monitor procurement categories and supplier portfolio performance
- Track and follow up on ongoing purchasing requests
Reporting & Market Intelligence
- Prepare activity reports and dashboards
- Conduct market research and benchmark new suppliers and solutions
Contract Lifecycle Management
- Support the review of existing contracts
- Assist in updating and maintaining contract data within internal systems
Skills & Experience
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business School, Procurement / Supply Chain, Finance, or Management (or a related field)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent synthesis and reporting skills
- Negotiation mindset and commercial awareness
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Team-oriented with a collaborative approach
- Proactive, dynamic, and results-driven attitude
- Interest in the media and entertainment industry
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office tools
- Fluent in English (written and spoken) required; French strongly valued; additional European languages are a plus.
