Job Objective
We are hiring a Business Analyst who can become the primary source of business insights for our Czech and Slovak markets.
The role focuses on supporting decision-making across Sales, Marketing, Content, Customer Care, and Finance through consistent KPI tracking, performance analysis, and clear business recommendations.
This position is key to helping management understand market dynamics, customer behavior, and growth opportunities.
The role is based in Luxembourg, requires business travels regularly to Prague.
Your responsibilities
- Lead weekly/monthly business performance reviews (Sales, Net Adds, Churn, Portfolio).
- Analyze customer behavior, Content performance, campaign performance, and commercial trends to support decision-making.
- Provide actionable recommendations to improve acquisition, retention, engagement, and revenue.
- Build clear dashboards and business reports for local management.
- Ensure all local KPIs are aligned with group standards to give management a consistent view across countries.
- Proactively identify business risks, opportunities, and data anomalies and escalate them to the Management or Data Team when needed.
- Support Canal+ Group’ strategic initiatives
Skills And Experience
- 2–5 years of relevant experience.
- Strong background in business analysis, performance tracking, or commercial analytics.
- Ability to turn data into simple, understandable business insights.
- Good command of Power BI and data querying tools (SQL is mandatory).
- Strong understanding of subscription KPIs and customer/product lifecycle metrics.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with both local and international teams.
- English required; Czech is a strong advantage.
- Willingness to travel regularly to Prague to stay close to the local business teams.
