Luxembourg-based M7 Group, owned by global content powerhouse CANAL+ Group, is a leading European provider of video content throughout 9 European markets, including the Benelux, the DACH region and various CEE markets. The complete video offering for the various M7 markets is available via state-of-the-art hybrid DTH/OTT reception devices, as well via localized TV apps, allowing for an easy and seamless content consumption via any screen, any place and at any time.

 

Your role and responsibilities

  • Installed at the reception desk of our offices, you will act as a receptionist for all external people of your organization but also be a key contact person for our staff,
  • Being the contact person for 3rd parties maintenance suppliers intervening on our common areas,
  • Ensure management of meeting rooms, catering services for external visitors’ meetings and internal events,
  • Help with meeting organization for different departments – preparation/ travel arrangements/ set up/ lunches/ snacks/ clearing away,
  • Manage external mail, dispatch incoming calls and mailings,
  • Monitor inventory of office supplies and order office supplies when needed,
  • Provide general support to your colleagues by dealing with suppliers and contractors,
  • Liaise with and support Luxembourg based Business Professionals upon request (HR, Legal, …),
  • Assist in different types of administrative duties, prepare administrative documents and reports.

 

Skills & Experience

  • Proven work experience as an administrative assistant, office representative or similar role,
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite,
  • Hands-on experience with office equipment (conference rooms, printers, etc…),
  • Professional attitude, strong presentation and communication skills,
  • Solid written and verbal communication skills in both English & French,
  • Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise,
  • Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
