🎯 Your role and missions

Enhance the agility of our international digital marketing campaigns by adapting creative for platform-native performance and supporting consistent campaign tracking and measurement. Provide administrative support to the Global Digital Lead and wider International Digital Marketing team.

Social Content Adaptation

• Resize and reformat photo and video assets into socially optimised formats including 4:5, 9:16 and 1:1
• Produce platform-optimised cutdowns
• Add subtitles and light graphic overlays
• Deliver market-ready files quickly and consistently to established technical standards

Digital Marketing Campaign Support

• Some duties include post ideation, copy writing, posting, scheduling and community management

Measurement & Reporting Support

• Compile monthly international social and digital report
• Produce fast turnaround ad hoc sentiment reports, around asset launches and announcements
• Monitor and track asset used across markets during campaigns
• Compile cross-market campaign summaries for each title post release

Asset Management

• Identify and catalogue social-friendly stills, clips and BTS across titles 
• Maintain asset trackers for each title
• Ensure markets can easily locate all campaign materials

Strategy and Admin Support

• Support with compiling and presenting digital strategy, reports and insights for international titles
• General admin and assistance: diary management, room bookings, internal systems

🏆 And what about you ?  

• You have at least 2 years’ experience in a marketing, social media, and/or communications role.
• You are confident using all major social media platforms (including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, X, and YouTube).
• You have experience working in fast‑paced environments, such as agencies or digital‑first companies.
• You show genuine enthusiasm for the filmed entertainment sector.
