💻 The CANAL+ Afrique (Freanch-Speaking Area) and MultiChoice teams 

The objective of this V.I.E is to design, develop, and continuously improve engaging learning experiences and materials that support business performance and organizational transformation. The role combines instructional design expertise, project management, and learner-centric innovation to create impactful training solutions across multiple formats and audiences.

🎯 Missions :

Design high-quality learning experiences

• Analyze learning needs in collaboration with business stakeholders and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs).
• Design learner-centric programs using instructional design methodologies (ADDIE, blended learning approaches, etc.)
• Develop engaging digital, virtual, and face-to-face learning solutions tailored to the topic, target audience, training context (initial onboarding vs. ongoing development)
• Ensure learning content aligns with business objectives and learner expectations.
• Apply adult learning principles and innovative learning practices, in order to enhance knowledge retention and application.

Deliver engaging and effective learning content

• Create storyboards, learning paths, facilitator guides, e-learning modules, and supporting materials.
• Integrate interactive elements such as quizzes, videos, simulations, and collaborative activities.
• Ensure operational teams are ready for business changes through “Go‑Live Readiness” frameworks and deployment toolkit (checklists, Q&As, training packs, assessments)
• Adapt learning materials for different audiences and market contexts.
• Ensure consistency of tone, branding, and pedagogical quality across all learning assets.
• Ensure end-to-end delivery by publishing content on learning platforms (LMS, knowledge base, etc.) and enabling trainers to deliver programs effectively through Train-the-Trainer facilitation.

Be able to create end to end learning content using the Adobe Creative Suite and authoring tools such as Articulate360.

Manage learning project efficiently

• Coordinate learning projects from scoping to deployment.
• Manage timelines, deliverables, priorities, and stakeholder communication throughout project lifecycles.
• Ensure alignment of learning objectives with business and stakeholder goals.
• Collaborate with internal teams, external providers, and SMEs to ensure project success.

Monitor project progress and proactively address risks, issues or delays.

Measure Learning Effectiveness and Continuous Improvement

• Define success indicators and evaluation strategies for learning programs.
• Collect and analyze learner feedback and performance data.
• Provide recommendations to improve learner engagement and business impact.
• Update and optimize existing learning content based on results and evolving business needs.

Explore new learning technologies, tools, and market trends.

🏆 What about you ?

• Experience in corporate learning, talent development, or training environments.
• Strong ability to adapt in a multicultural environment 
• Fluent English communication skills (written and verbal).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and the Articulate suite is a plus.
