Senior Marketing Communication Executive

1. Media Planning: To be responsible for media channels including TV, Digital, Radio and other new effective channels

- Develop and implement media strategy and plan for the marketing communications campaigns

- Manage Media agency on execution, monitoring, optimizing and reporting. Also, to challenge agency on industry trends, market updates as well as new ideas and initiatives.

- Produce or corporate with designers/freelancers/other teams to produce required materials for different media channels


2. Manage IMC campaign: To lead an assigned campaign from time to time, working with team members who are in charge of different parts such as Creative, PR, Adaptation, Production…

- Manage Budget & Timeline

- Propose Master Plan & Monitor all components of the campaign done by other respective stakeholders (internal PIC or other departments)

- Follow up implementation progress & performence & quick action for optimization

- Solve arising issues


3. Website management: To operate the website system in terms of editorial updates and produce campaign-related landing pages. (Basic HTML editorial knowledge would help)


4. Other tasks: To support team members in other activities such as:


- Organize events (Film Premiere event, New product launching event…) / activations (Sales Promo, branding...) from idea to planning & implementing & supervising




  • University degree in Economic, Marketing Communications, Digital Marketing is a must
  • Basic HTML editorial knowledge is a plus
  • Experience 4 -5 years in Media planning, especially in Digital media channels
  • In-depth knowledge of Digital Marketing & Media channels
  • Skillset to analyse, supervise, optimize Media planning & execution
  • Working experience in Media agency is a plus
  • Good communication skills in Vietnamese & English
  • Ability to multitask & prudent
