🔎 More specifically, you will join our Operations Direction, responsible for the rollout, maintenance and continuous improvement of our fibre-optic infrastructure across the region. As a FTTH Field Supervisor, you will play a key role in ensuring the successful delivery of passive network deployments by coordinating field activities, supervising subcontractors and guaranteeing the quality, safety and compliance of all outside plant (OSP) works.

 

🎯 Your role and responsibilities

  • Supervise on-site teams and subcontractors involved in civil works, fibre cable installation and passive FTTH infrastructure deployment.
  • Ensure the quality, conformity and compliance of all OSP works with technical specifications, safety standards and project timelines.
  • Conduct field inspections, technical audits and reporting activities while coordinating closely with Engineering/Design, Deployment, Maintenance and logistic teams.
  • Manage on-site incidents, oversee repair activities and ensure accurate as-built documentation for GIS updates.

 

🏆 And what about you?

  • You hold a degree or diploma in Telecommunications, Civil Engineering or a related technical field.
  • You have a solid understanding of FTTH networks, fiber-optic deployments and outside plant (OSP) infrastructure.
  • You are recognised for your strong field presence, organisational skills and ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders in a dynamic operational environment.
  • You are proactive, rigorous and committed to delivering high-quality projects while ensuring strict compliance with safety and operational standards.
  • Mastery of computer tools and the office pack
  • You are licensed to drive a car or/and a motorbike 
  • Fluency English, French is a most
