OTT Technical Operations Engineer

The OTT Technical Operations Engineer supervises the availability and quality of services related to the VSTV OTT solution upon its launch. This role involves recommending and implementing improvements in the operations and maintenance of OTT services.

Reporting Line: OTT Technical Operations Manager

DUTIES:
- Supervise the OTT service environment to ensure service availability and quality by:
  - Service monitoring
  - System support and maintenance
  - Fault troubleshooting
  - Fault escalation to the next level of support
  - Operational reporting
- Manage changes in the OTT environment to ensure minimal service impact during change implementation
- Organize support, documentation, and training for the team and other departments

REQUIREMENTS:
- Vietnamese national
- University degree in IT Network/Technology/Network/Video Processing
- Operational management skills: Experience in managing operations and maintenance of an end-to-end network and services
- Proven record of working independently through successful and high-value projects
- 01 year of experience in video streaming over the internet, OTT platforms, or similar. Experience in providing support to systems sourced internationally
- Excellent communication skills (English, written and spoken)
- Experience in integrating front-end and back-end on service-based infrastructures
- Ability to work overtime and/or outside of office hours
